Eligibility

  • ✕ Income-qualified only — roughly $31,920 for a single-person household up to $156,880 for a household of 12 or more
  • ENERGY STAR certified Level 2 charger, or an OEM-matched unit
  • Apply within 6 months of install

Worth knowing

This program changed shape rather than closing. If you were told you qualified before 2026, check the income test again.
